1. Darling Jane does not have a physical retail store. We are simply an online retailer. We do not allow any order collections from our office.
2. We offer a door-to-door service. This means that the order is delivered to the address and not the person.
3. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, Farms or rural areas.
4. It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for us to contact you during delivery hours.
5. All orders are sent packaged in boxes or in flyer bags.
6. Darling Jane reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.
7. We offer free shipping on orders over the value of R650.
8. Our shipping rate is determined on your location. Below are our shipping options and costs:
9. Our shipping works on set volumetric weight. In the case that your order is more than that we will contact you if there is any additional costs involved.
10. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide you with your tracking number.
11. If the original order goes missing en-route (by our courier service) and you haven’t received your order within 1 month. We will resend the item to you at no additional cost.
12. We offer insurance on all our deliveries at an extra cost. Should you be interested in this we will quote you on insurance for your order. Simply request this when placing your order or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org

14. Once we have received your payment, processed your order and dispatched your order, you will receive your order according to the shipping timeline (See 8)
